When you purchase digital content directly from Wordspire Books, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a download link and instructions.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@wordspirebooks.com for assistance.

For digital purchases made through Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play, Kobo, or other platforms, your content will be delivered according to that platform’s distribution process.

If your order is missing an item, contains the wrong product, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@wordspirebooks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a photo to help us resolve the problem quickly.

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Check around your home in case it was placed in a different location.

• Ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake.

• If you live in an apartment or condo, check with your management office.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or credits for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If you still can’t locate your package, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for further assistance.

If your order was returned to Wordspire Books due to an address error, location issue, or another delivery problem, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item once we receive and process the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to prisons or jails due to shipping restrictions.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email your order number to info@wordspirebooks.com with the subject “Order Change.”

If you don’t have your order number, please provide as many details as possible, such as the payment method, book title, format, purchaser’s name, and complete shipping address.

Please note that if your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

An order may show as ‘pending’ if we need to verify billing or shipping details or if there was a time-out error during checkout.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within one business day, please contact us at info@wordspirebooks.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

While we do our best to contact customers regarding order status, we reserve the right to cancel or place a hold on an order without further notice. Common reasons include:

• The billing or shipping address could not be validated

• Payment could not be verified before shipment

If you have questions about your order status, please email info@wordspirebooks.com with your order number and use “Status Update” in the subject line.

We accept returns for items purchased directly from Wordspire Books, as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be new, unopened, and include all original components.

• A copy of the original packing slip must be included with the return.

• Returns must be sent via a traceable shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) within 30 days of the shipment date.

Refunds will be issued for new, unopened merchandise returned in its original condition. We will refund the item cost and applicable sales tax, but shipping and handling fees (including return shipping) are non-refundable.

We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within two weeks, provided all conditions are met.
